Welcome to Anna Johnson Design, which includes Seen Social, our dedicated social media management service. By using our website and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
1. Overview of Services
Anna Johnson Design provides business branding, marketing consulting, website design, and social media management services through Seen Social. The specifics of your service package will be outlined in your contract, invoice, or service agreement.
2. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full before services begin.
Billing occurs on a monthly basis for subscription services and as agreed for one-time projects.
Late payments may result in a pause or termination of services.
Subscription-based services automatically renew unless canceled with written notice.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Clients may cancel services with a 30-day written notice via email.
Refunds are not provided for completed work or unused service time.
If a client cancels mid-month, services continue until the end of the billing cycle, with no partial refunds.
Clients may request a temporary service hold instead of cancellation if needed.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide branding assets, images, and necessary account access for website and social media projects.
Clients agree to comply with the terms and policies of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
Any content provided by the client must be legally owned or properly licensed.
Website projects require client collaboration, including providing necessary text, images, and feedback within the agreed timeline.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
Any custom branding, website designs, or social media content created by Anna Johnson Design and Seen Social becomes the property of the client once the invoice is paid in full.
Anna Johnson Design retains the right to use design projects, case studies, and general marketing strategies for portfolio and promotional purposes. If an NDA is signed, Anna Johnson Design will not use design project case studies in the general marketing strategies for portfolio or promotional purposes.
6. Liability Disclaimer
Anna Johnson Design and Seen Social do not guarantee specific results (e.g., a set number of followers, engagement levels, website traffic, or revenue increases).
We are not responsible for platform algorithm changes, account suspensions, or website downtime beyond our control.
Clients assume full responsibility for any consequences resulting from violating social media platform rules or website policies.
7. Confidentiality
Anna Johnson Design and Seen Social will not share confidential client information with third parties.
Clients agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary strategies, design techniques, and marketing methods.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of California, USA.
Any disputes will first be attempted to be resolved through mediation before legal action.
9. Changes to These Terms
Anna Johnson Design reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any modifications.
